A Few Questions You May Have
Is there a staff day off?
Yes. Due to Brexit and the new staffing practises there will be 2 days off a week. In the mornings a breakfast of fresh French bread, condiments and croissants will be left out for you along with an afternoon tea cake. The evenings will be yours to sample some local cuisine. We can recommend places to eat and help you book a table.
I have a dietary requirement, can you help?
Absolutely. We can cater specifically for all dietary requirements. Please let us know at the time of booking so we are able to prepare in good time. For vegan, gluten free and dairy free diets, there is a £25 surcharge per person to cover the cost of additional ingredients and extra chalet host time.
We would like to stay over Christmas / New Year. Do you celebrate these occasions?
Of course! We have turkey with all of the trimmings for Christmas along with fizz in the morning and a real Christmas tree. For New Year we will provide a special breakfast and serve an alternative evening meal to the usual menu. You can also look forward to the spectacular firework display over the Dou du Praz at the stroke of midnight.
Do you offer child / infant discount?
Yes, we give a discount of £50 per child aged between 2yrs and 12yrs. For your infants we charge £100. This includes use of a highchair and travel cot. For hygiene reasons we are unable to supply bedding.
Do you charge an empty bed supplement?
If there is an empty bed in a room you are occupying, the empty bed will be charged at 50% of the per person price. Additional empty beds in your group will be charged at 100%.
Is tourist tax included?
Due to a sharp increase in local tourist tax charges, we no longer include this in your holiday price. This is charged at £1.75 per adult (over 12) per night and will be added to your final invoice.
